The pumpkin patch was buzzing with kids and parents. Butter Tarts, Pecan Tarts, Strawberry Rhubarb Tarts and more from Sun-Ray Orchards Inc. Apple Pie Muffins, Chocolate Raspberry Muffins and Strawberry Rhubarb Muffins from Sun-Ray Orchards Inc. Strawberry Rhubarb Mini Pie from Sun-Ray Orchards Inc. I got a cute mini strawberry rhubarb pie and an assortment of fresh baked muffins perfect for the season. Local Ontario Wines Pepperettes – German Beef Landenjegers, German Beef and Extra Lean Turkey Pepperettes Farmer’s Market Fruit The fresh fruit was colourful but, my sweet tooth won out today and I had to get some baked goods. If you don’t like spicy food then you can try the German Beef or Extra Lean Turkey Pepperettes. The German Beef Lendengers pepperettes were nice and spicy. I did a bit of wine tasting, tried the pepperettes, had a fresh pretzel, and drank hot chocolate (“Drink of the Gods”) while I was there. Harvest Festival at Shops at Don Mills Pumpkin Patch at Shops at Don Mills Cooking demos are also going on throughout the day and if you finish walking the square you can always do a little window shopping or grocery shopping at the shops nearby and surrounding the square. So, you can do a little shopping and enjoy the Farmer’s Market, pumpkin patch, fresh baked goods, floral arrangements and drinks. This event is in the centre square at the Shops and Don Mills in Toronto.
